DESCRIPTION
Expert on Communication and Visibility (cat. II) Golbal objective The global objective of this contract is to assist the Government of Albania in implementing the Inter-sectoral Strategy against Corruption 2015/2020 in order to improve corruption prevention, repression and awareness rising. Specific objectives Enhance communication, understanding and awareness of the National Coordinator Against Corruption and Ministry of Justice's efforts to fight corruption among the public, its importance and value added - including the EU's support attached to it; Help improve the timeliness, relevance, quality and quantity of information on the fight against corruption; Help increase the impact of the communication activities of EU supported actions in the area of anti-corruption as well as the EU's visibility of its support to the implementation of the Inter-sectoral Strategy against Corruption via sector budget support. Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Master degree in communication, public relations or another relevant discipline or, in its absence, at least 8 years' equivalent professional experience in the communication and visibility sector to be added to the General experience below; Very good knowledge of English language, including effective spoken presentation and written reporting abilities; Excellent writing and communication skills; Computer literacy. General professional experience At least 6 years professional experience in communication, visibility, marketing, public relations, including experience in developing and implementing communication and visibility policies and strategies. Specific professional experience Experience in at least 2 similar contracts involving the design or management of communication and visibility plans in the area of public sector reforms; Experience in the implementation of strategic communication on the fight against corruption or in relation to the EU accession reform processes will be considered as an asset.
