DESCRIPTION
Profile: Expert 1 Category of expert II Duration 45 Working Days Requirements Education • At least a Master Degree in Financial Management, Social Science or equivalent, or in the absence of the Master Degree an additional 3 years of relevant professional experience above the general professional experience General Professional Experience • At least 6 years' experience in contract and financial management of projects • At least 6 years' experience in coaching private or public organisations in project management Specific Professional Experience • At least 4 years' experience in contract and financial management of EU funded contracts • At least 2 years' experience in training delivery on EU procedures • Previous experience in EU funded projects in the region will be an asset Language skills : English Profile: Expert 2 Category of expert II Duration 50 Working Days Requirements Education • At least a Master degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent or in the absence of the Master Degree an additional 3 years of relevant professional experience above the general professional experience General Professional Experience • At least 6 years' experience with projects implemented under FIDIC conditions • At least 6 years' experience in coaching private or public organisations in FIDIC rules Specific Professional Experience • At least 2 years' experience in FIDIC supervision of EU funded contracts in relation with Yellow and Red FIDIC books • Previous experience in EU funded projects in the region will be an asset • Language skills : English EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc.) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets
