General professional experience 0 Be fully conversant with the principles and working methods of project cycle management and EC aid delivery methods; 0 Fluency in both spoken and written English; 0 Computer literacy and good report and proposal writing skills. 0 High experience as a Team Leader and reporting Specific professional experience 0 Experience with the implementation of development strategies aimed improved service delivery and poverty alleviation in developing countries; 0 Practical experience in community based development. 0 Practical experience in institutional strengthening and capacity building of public institutions, semi—state institutions, project implementation units or similar; 0 Relevant experience in Social Protection Development; 0 At least 3 projects and programmes managed and prepared under the EU guidelines and project approach in the ?eld of social sector. General professional experience Extensive project management experience and good organisational skills; Be conversant with the principles and working methods of project cycle management and EC aid delivery methods; 0 Demonstrated experience on infrastructure budget estimates in ENPI countries 0 Fluency in both spoken and written English; 0 Computer literacy; 0 Good reporting skills; and 0 Proposal writing skills. Specific professional experience 0 At least 5 years of experience in using and/or developing social protection information system (SPIS) and databases and/or in similar systems in developing countries, and other management information systems; 0 Experience in design, developing and/or implementing at least one SPIS project oran equivalent programme; 0 Experience in developing an action plan for improving the existing SPIS and capacity of those who maintain the systems and preparing the budget costing; 0 Experience in delivering presentations and conducting multi-stakeholder meetings in the SPIS ?eld or other systems.
