MISSION MONITORING PERFORMANCE INDICATORS SUPPORT PROGRAM SECTOR ENVIRONMENT (PAPSE) Profile: A senior expert in strategy and environmental issues - Head CAT I Duration 43.00 wd Misión Requirements Qualifications and skills (minimum requirements) - Engineering degree in the field of the environment or similar - Excellent command of spoken and written French language General professional experience (minimum requirements) - At least 12 years experience in the environmental sector Specific professional experience (minimum requirements) - At least two recent experiments review of indicators in at least 2 EU cooperation projects "budget support" - At least 1 experience in supporting the development of a strategy / action plan for the environment and sustainable development (national or regional) - Total Experience at least 5 years in two (or more) of the following areas: waste management, biodiversity, industrial pollution and climate change. - At least 1 experience as head of mission Are an asset: - Knowledge of the institutional context in Algeria - Knowledge of the Arabic language Profile: A senior expert in public finance and audit CAT I Duration 18 wd Requirements Qualifications and skills (minimum requirements) - Degree in Economic Sciences or similar discipline - Excellent command of spoken and written French language General professional experience (minimum requirements) - At least 12 years professional experience in public finance management Specific professional experience (minimum requirements) - At least 2 experiences in the preparation and / or management and / or monitoring and / or evaluating a project to improve the management of public finances - At least one recent experience of preparing / monitoring expenditure framework in the medium term (MTEF) - At least one recent experience in the field of performance auditing of public policies Are an asset: - The proven experience in a project "budget support" of the EU - Knowledge of the institutional context in Algeria - Knowledge of the Arabic language
