Profile: Expert 1 Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 110.00 working days
Requirements Senior Expert in SAPARD / IPARD financial management systems Qualifications and skills: - A university degree in economics, business administration/management, financial control, accounting or other relevant disciplines General professional experience: - Minimum 10 years of professional experience relevant to the assignment Specific professional experience: - Minimum of 5 years in implementing financial management and control administrations (SAPARD/IPARD) Agency or National Fund) dealing with SAPARD/IPARD pre-accession funds; - Previous experience in at least one SAPARD/IPARD Technical Assistance project in potential candidate countries; in case of experience in SAPARD/IPARD during the accreditation processes of SAPARD/IPARD programmes would be an advantage; - Experience in developing systems of management and control, including manuals of procedures, for SAPARD/IPARD; - Experience in preparing and delivering training on systems of management and control of EU pre-accession funds. Language skills: - Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Profile: Expert 2 Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 30.00 working days
Requirements Senior Expert - Accountant Qualifications and skills: - At least a Masters Degree academic level in the field of public finance, audit, accounting, business administration or other associated fields. - Chartered and/or Certified Accountant would be an advantage. General professional experience: - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in accounting Specific professional experience: - At least 5 years of experience in public sector accounting; - Hands-on experience in working on accounting systems in the context of SAPARD and/pr IPARD; - Previous experience in at least one IPARD Technical Assistance project in a (potential) candidate country would be an advantage. Language skills: - Fluency in English, both written and spoken. EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | ||||
