Profile: Food Quality and Safety Management Expert Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 35.00 working days
Requirements Senior Expert N° 1 – Food Quality and Safety Management Expert This expert will bear ultimate responsibility for supplying the final version of the Twinning Fiche and the budget estimate. The expert should have: Qualifications and skills ï‚•ï€ University Degree in agriculture, natural science, law, food science, food engineering (preferably plant health/phytosanitary), or in related fields to this assignment; ï‚•ï€ Fluent English, oral and written; ï‚•ï€ Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Turkish or Russian would be an advantage. General professional experience ï‚•ï€ At least 10 years experience in the area relevant to the assignment. Specific professional experience ï‚•ï€ At least 1 project implemented in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures implementation; ï‚•ï€ At least 2 years of experience in connection to food inspection and quality control applied to the plant origin products; ï‚•ï€ Working experience in implementing/advising on EU or EU MS regulations and/or proven knowledge of the food contaminants, human and plant safety, food standards and import regulation in the EU would be an asset; ï‚•ï€ Experience in leading missions for project identification and/or drafting project design documents, in particular twinning project fiches would be an asset; ï‚•ï€ Working experience with FVO would be an asset Profile: Twinning expert Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 25.00 working days
Requirements Expert N° 2 – Twinning expert
The expert should have: Qualifications and skills ï‚•ï€ University degree; ï‚•ï€ Fluent English, oral and written; ï‚•ï€ Knowledge of the Azerbaijani, Turkish or Russian languages will be an asset General professional experience ï‚•ï€ At least 10 years working experience at the public service or assimilated body. Specific professional experience ï‚•ï€ At least 3 years of direct experience and knowledge of the Twinning instrument; ï‚•ï€ Involved in the preparation of at least 1 Twinning Fiche; ï‚•ï€ Experience of working in third countries, ideally under PHARE, CARDS, or TACIS/ENPI, IPA would be an asset; ï‚•ï€ Experience/involvement in improvement of the system of quality and safety control and certification of exported products would be an asset. EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | ||||
