| DESCRIPTION | |
| Project description: Overall objective • To improve the employability of adults serving a prison sentence, thereby facilitating their re-socialisation after release. Purpose • To assist the Ministry of Justice in the establishment of a sustainable and productive system of vocational and educational training (VET) in prisons. Key expert 1: Team Leader and Adult Education Policies Development Expert (at least 300 working days over 24 months) Qualifications: Qualifications and skills • University degree (social sciences, economics, management or equivalent) • Excellent communication and leadership skills General professional experience • Minimum 8 years professional experience in the field of adult education, out of which at least 5 years in an EU Member State and/ or pre-accession country; • Previous experience in managing projects funded within the framework of EU programmes would be an advantage; Specific professional experience • Minimum 3 years experience at a senior level (in managerial positions) in working with government institutions and/or other stakeholders at national level on issues related to adult education reforms and training; • Experience in developing and/ or implementing policies for education and vocational training of prisoners; • Experience related to design of systems for monitoring and evaluation of adult education and training would be an asset. Key expert 2: Training expert (at least 240 working days over 24 months) Qualifications: Qualifications and skills • University degree, or equivalent • Knowledge of Serbian language would be an asset General professional experience • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of adult training • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in transition countries and/or pre-accession countries would be an asset; Specific professional experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in design and delivery of training programmes for trainers in the field of adult education and/or vocational training • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing curricula for vocational education for adults in relation to labour market needs • Experience in developing and implementing pedagogical approaches and learning environment relevant for adults • Experience related to design of systems for monitoring and evaluation of curricula for adult education and training would be an asset. | |
