| Expert senior - chef d'équipe (100 h/j): -Diplôme universitaire de niveau supérieur en sciences sociales ou juridiques. -Au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en matière de définition de politique publique et/ou d'organisation administrative -Capacités organisationnelles, rédactionnelles et relationnelles indiscutables -Connaissance des procédures FED et de la mise en œuvre des devis programmes -La connaissance des relations institutionnelles et des modalités de mise en œuvre de la réforme administrative au Mali est considérée comme un critère déterminant du choix de l'Expert. Expert junior (70h/j): -Diplôme universitaire de niveau supérieur en sciences humaines ou techniques -Formation et /ou expérience significative en matière de gestion de structures administratives -Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de politiques managériales en matière de modernisation des services publics -Capacités d'investigation, rédactionnelles et relationnelles indiscutables -La connaissance du Mali au plan du développement institutionnel est un atout. | |
