| Profile: Expert on "Support to Economic Policies: Strategic Development and Private Sector Development" Categoy of expert Junior (at least 3 years of experience) Duration 48 working days Requirements All of the experts must have a strong experience in formulation, preparation of Terms of Reference, including PCM methodology and knowledge of EC procedures, high quality reporting skills and proofreading in English. Qualifications and skills - University degree (Master equivalent) in economics or equivalent; - Fluency in English. Knowledge of Russian would be an asset; - Strong negotiation/ General professional experience - Experience in strategic planning/macro economic policies and/or private sector development policies and reforms - Experience in capacity development and institutional strengthening at governmental level in the abovementioned areas - Experience in programmes related to economic reforms in NIS and/or Central Asia - At least 8 years experience in the management/identifi Specific professional experience - Proven professional experience gained in strategic planning/macro economic policies and/or private sector development policies and reforms including technical assistance assignments in the NIS and/or Central Asia region; - Proven experience in legal and regulatory reforms to improve the business environment Profile: Expert on "Support to Economic Policies: Technical Regulations" Categoy of expert Junior (at least 3 years of experience) Duration 48 working days Requirements All of the experts must have a strong experience in formulation, preparation of Terms of Reference, including PCM methodology and knowledge of EC procedures, high quality reporting skills and proofreading in English.
