| Description El objetivo de la misión es tener una apreciación completa de la ejecución del Programa de Apoyo al Sector Salud en Ecuador, PASSE, desde su inicio hasta su término, siguiendo los criterios habituales de relevancia, efectividad, eficacia, impacto y sostenibilidad. La prioridad de la misión es analizar las dimensiones de eficacia, sostenibilidad e impacto, considerando que las otras han sido evaluadas en forma permanente mediante el sistema de Monitoreo del PASSE, y misiones anteriores de monitoreo externo de la CE. La finalidad es conocer el nivel de consecución de los resultados previstos y sus impactos en el desarrollo de la población meta partiendo del marco lógico. Deadline for submission of candidatures 16 February 2010 Qualification Jefe de Misión - Experto en Salud Pública - Category Senior Requirements · Profesional con título universitario, a nivel de maestría · Especialista en salud pública · Experiencia en proyectos similares al programa en mención demostrada en al menos 10 años en salud pública, políticas y reforma · Experiencia en Países Latinoamericanos, al menos 2 años en proyectos similares · Amplio conocimiento de los procedimientos de la CE. · Indispensable experiencia en evaluación cuantitativa y cualitativa de proyectos · Experiencia en facilitación de procesos de fortalecimiento institucional · Dominio del idioma español · Capacidad de redacción · Uso de utilitarios de Office. Qualification Experto - Gerencia de Servicios de Salud - Category Senior Requirements · Profesional con título universitario, con maestría de preferencia en gerencia de servicios de salud. · Mínimo 10 años de experiencia profesional en temas similares. · Indispensable experiencia en evaluación cuantitativa y cualitativa de proyectos · Dominio del idioma español · Capacidad de redacción · Uso de utilitarios de Office.
