| EXPERTS PROFILE Number of experts per category and number of man-days per expert Experts are supposed to work in Croatia for 100% of their time. This assignment should be performed by three Senior experts, in a minimum of 142 working days in total. The assignment should be performed in a minimum of 142 working days in total: - Senior Expert 1: 62 working days in Croatia - Senior Expert 2: 40 working days in Croatia - Senior Expert 3: 40 working days in Croatia Profile required (education, experience, references and category as appropriate) The following requirements/ skills are absolutely required and marked in bold. Any offer that does not cover the same will be declared non eligible for further examination. The project implementation requires participation of three senior experts with the following profiles: Expert 1 (Legal expert): Qualifications and skills University level education in law, at least 4 years in length Fluency in both written and spoken English Computer literate General professional experience At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in civil aviation sector 2 years record of work experience in conducting regulatory oversight audit or in the preparation process for the audit (as a audited party); Specific professional experience Experience of working on at least 2 ICAO or other FAA/EASA regulatory oversight audits covering the safety related provisions in the areas pertaining to safety-related Annexes to the ICAO Convention experience of working on transposition of ICAO requirements in national legislation; Expert 2 (Air transport expert 1) Qualifications and skills University level education in air transport field (air traffic), at least 4 years in length Fluency in both written and spoken English Computer literate General professional experience At least 10 years of professional experience in civil aviation sector 2 years record of work experience in conducting regulatory oversight audit or in the preparation process for the audit (as a audited party); Specific professional experience Experience in work with ICAO standards Experience of working on at least one ICAO or other FAA/EASA regulatory oversight audits covering the safety related provisions in the areas pertaining to safety-related Annexes to the ICAO Convention experience in aviation acquired in in at least one of the major fields of civil aviation such as operations of aircraft, airworthiness of aircraft, air navigation services into national legislation; Expert 3 (Air transport expert 2) Qualifications and skills University level education in air transport field (air traffic), at least 4 years in length Fluency in both written and spoken English Computer literate General professional experience At least 10 years of professional experience in civil aviation sector 2 years record of work experience in conducting regulatory oversight audit or in the preparation process for the audit (as a audited party); Specific professional experience Experience in work with ICAO standards Experience of working on at least one ICAO or other FAA/EASA regulatory oversight audits covering the safety related provisions in the areas pertaining to safety-related Annexes to the ICAO Convention Experience in aviation acquired in at least one major field of civil aviation such as safety regulation, personnel licensing, aerodrome facilities, aviation accident prevention and investigation, and any other discipline covered by the audit process; It is up to contractor to decide which of the 3 experts will have a role of the Team leader.
