| Profile: Advisor to NAO/NF Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 103 working days QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Univeristy degree in duration of at least 4 years - Working knowledge of English GENERAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - At least 10 years of professional experience in financial management SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting NAO/National Fund in area of financial management and control in SAPARD/IPARD programme; - Experience in the area of the on the spot checks performed by National Fund in Implementing Agencies; - Experience in gap-analysis of bodies involved in implementation of pre-accession funds; - Experience in preparation of written procedures for NAO/NF in SAPARD/IPARD programmes; - Experience in conducting trainings in area of SAPARD/IPARD programmes. EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | |
