| Profile: GBS expert/Team leader Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 28 working days Requirements - At least 10 years of experience in general budget support - Experience in budget support design and/or evaluation - (preferably) experience within PRSC/PRSO - At least 10 years of evaluation experience - Prior experience in mainland South-East Asia desirable, in Cambodia an advantage. S/He will have excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English, as the assignment will be in English. The consultant will be responsible for all logistics, administrative and translating needs. EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | |
