| Profile: Expert 1 Categoy of expert: Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration: 170 working days Requirements Le consultant devra justifier des qualifications suivantes : a) L'expert de niveau international sera économiste de formation de niveau doctorat ou pouvant justifier d'une expérience équivalente, spécialiste en gestion des finances publiques, diplômé de l'enseignement supérieur dans les secteurs des finances publiques ou de l'économie du développement et/ou diplômé d'une école financière francophone de renommée internationale (ENSAE, ENT ….); b) L'expert, de catégorie "senior", devra justifier d'au moins 10 années expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des finances publiques et de l'appui institutionnel; c) Le consultant devra avoir effectué des missions dans le domaine des finances publiques en Afrique subsaharienne; d) Une expérience dans le domaine de l'informatisation des finances publiques et notamment dans la chaîne de la dépense serait fortement appréciée; e) Le français sera la langue de travail sur place et le consultant devra avoir une parfaite maîtrise orale et écrite de la langue française; f) Le consultant devra être disponible à partir d'avril 2010 pour le démarrage de la 1ère mission et pendant toute la durée du projet.
