| DESCRIPTION | |
| Description of project The project aims at providing capacity building to various stakeholders (governmental and non-governmental) in order to raise awareness on the benefits and challenges of the EU integration process. This will thereby contribute to a better promotion of the EU perspective in Kosovo. The activities envisaged under this project include among others: — public education on European integration, — media coverage related activities and awareness raising on the European integration process, — production of several media programmes promoting the EU perspective in Kosovo and relating the European integration process to the daily life and needs of the public. Details of posts Media and Communication expert Description of post: The TL will have the overall responsability for the delivery of all contracted services and assumes the task of internal quality control. Apart from being responsible for the overall project management, the TL will operate both as expert and on-the-job coach guaranteeing a smooth implementation of project activities Qualifications: Bachelor degree and preferably Master's degree in journalism, PR, communication or marketing Proficient in English 8 to 12 years of relevan experience Experience as TL, leading teams in the public or private sector and in donor funded projects in at least one to three large scale projects Specific experience in devising and implementing multifaceted communication strategies, preferably related to EU priorities or policies in at least one to three EU countries, ENPI European Integration Expert Qualifications: Bachelor degree and preferably Master's degree in social, political international relations or European integration science Proficient in English 8 to 12 years of relevant experience Specific experience in designing and implementing capacity building programmes targeting government institutions but also larger group of stakeholders, aiming at institutional development in communication and outreach to the public, in two but preferably three EU countries, ENPI | |
