- Big Company is seeking a highly qualified candidate For the Position for
" Maintenance engineer section Head " Job Description:
1 - Analytical studies and statistical data available on the previous equipment to determine the extent of its needs of preventive maintenance and spare parts.
2 - Develop preventive maintenance plans by selecting the levels of maintenance first; second, third, to develop a sense of responsibility for non-stop machine to all levels of factory employment and participation in training.
3 - To discuss the plans with the departments concerned for approval of the proposed times and times for maintenance work.
4 - Develop detailed plans and procedures work for it.
5 - The provision of spare parts for critical machinery that affects the production process and identified and includes the request and follow up until it reaches the stores.
6 - Review of the plan, as the actual implementation and action plans in accordance with an alternative maintenance of equipment.
7 - Training of maintenance workers according to the latest assessment of access to the highest possible efficiency.
8 - Issuing the necessary reports for the cost of maintenance or any data management considers necessary.
9 - Specify the criteria set machinery.
