Contribute extensively to the evaluation and continuous development of HR strategy. Prepares budget of Human Resources operations. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Conducts salary survey within labor market to determine competitive salary rate. Meets with employees to resolve grievances. Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. Plan, monitor and direct programs for all human resources. Support senior management in organizational development and improvement initiatives. Work closely with other functional/departmental managers. Requirements: 5-8 years experience in HR Management. Holding a post graduate degree in Human Resources. Strong exposure required in setting up systems, policies and procedures with emphasis on performance management. Fluency in English language is a must. Hands-on experience in creating and implementing career paths
& succession plans across multiple geographies.
