Job Description	: Develop financial systems to facilitate informal management decision-making. Redesign the budgeting process to accurately capture trial economics. Ensure the effective management of financial operations. Execute all major financial transactions. Ensure that all external report obligations are met. Reporting and accounting as per regulatory legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts. Develop, execute, and communicate overall financial strategy to all stakeholders. Establish a strong warehousing system, Financial Performance analysis and inter-companies accounts. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards. Provide recommendations to the CEO on major financial decisions and carry out the financial policy decisions by senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance. Has minimum of 15 years experience in the same field. Excellent command of English. Excellent Managerial and analytical skills. Wide experience in budgeting and cash flow management. Assisting in the creation of ERP system (Oracle). Manufacturing Background is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Has good relations with Banks, Tax Authorities and all related Financial Institutes.
