BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS ARE UNDER SEIZURE (ECONOMIC OFFENCE WING) ,

The question is, whether assessee can request the CIT (Appeal) to stay the proceedings till the books of accounts are released ?.

Please help with case law reference if any.
