DESCRIPTION
1-Expert - Team Leader - Cat I Qualifications and skills Master's degree, in its absence, an equivalent professional experience in economics, administration, industrial engineering, political science, public administration and / or development policies. Studies and / or demonstrable experience in ICT issues will be positively valued. The complementarity between the university degree and the master's degree will be valued. General professional experience At least 12 years of professional experience in the design, management, coordination and / or evaluation of policies and / or cooperation projects. Specific professional experience Have carried out at least 5 evaluations of projects / programs / policies / equivalents, at least 2 of them in the last 5 years. Evaluations in the ICT sector will be positively valued. Skills and abilities Strong analytical skills (studies, publications, articles) and proven experience in the application of evaluation methodologies of the EU / DEVCO. Soft skills facilitation and communication skills. 2-Sectorial Expert - Cat II Qualifications and skills Postgraduate degree, in its absence, an equivalent professional experience in telecommunications, audiovisual sector, engineering or other relevant disciplines. The complementarity between the university degree and the master's degree will be valued. General professional experience At least 6 years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector (regulation, engineering, content, design / implementation of policies). Specific professional experience Proven experience in the implementation of the European DVB-T standard in third countries. Skills and abilities Strong analytical skills (studies, publications, articles) and proven experience in the application of EU evaluation methodologies. Soft skills Facilitation and communication skills. 3-Asistente Administrativo - Cat III Calificaciones y habilidades Secundaria. Experiencia profesional en asistencia, secretariado, labores administrativas y operativas. Experiencia profesional general Al menos 2 años de experiencia. Experiencia profesional específica Al menos 1 año de experiencia. Habilidades y destrezas Manejo de software (procesador de palabra, presentaciones y Excel). Habilidades blandas Habilidades de facilitación y comunicación.
