Profile: Expert 1 - Team Leader – Economy expert (Lot 6 - Montenegro) Category of expert I Duration 120.00 working days Requirements Expert 1 - Team Leader – Economy expert (Lot 6 - Montenegro) The Team Leader will be responsible for: - overall project coordination; - quality control of project implementation The Team Leader will have overall responsibility for the management of the Project Activities. S/he will ensure that all key experts are agreed with the project Beneficiary and Contracting Authority and engaged on time to enable a smooth project implementation. S/He will ensure regular communication with the project manager appointed by the Beneficiary for all clarifications and requirements. This will be a full-time position with 120 working days, out of which 50 will be rendered in Montenegro. S/he is responsible for the smooth and timely implementation of the project and the efficient use of project funds and ensuring support staff and proper administrative control of the projects budget. This expert will be responsible for managing and leading of Activities 2, 4 and 5, as well as assisting in implementation of all other 3 activities. Qualifications and skills - University level education of at least M.Sc. or their national equivalents in economy, environmental management or 12 years of professional experience in the field of nature protection - Well-developed skills in project management, mediation and presentation, in supervising and co-coordinating all technical aspects of the contract; - Good organizational and team-building skills; - Full computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point as a matter of minimum; - Fluency in written and spoken English. General professional experience - 12 years of general professional experience, experienced in project management in the field of environment protection. Specific professional experience - International experience on valorization (protection and management) of different types of salines; - International experience on economic analyses of ecosystem services; - Performing Team leader position in at least one EU funded project related to the management of protected area. Profile: Expert 2 - Expert for biodiversity (Lot 6 - Montenegro) Category of expert I Duration 100.00 working days Requirements Expert 2 - Expert for biodiversity (Lot 6 - Montenegro) This expert will be responsible for managing and leading Activities 1, 2 and 5, as well as assisting in implementation of other activities. This will be a position with 100 working days, out of which 50 will be rendered in Montenegro. Qualifications and skills - University level education of at least M.Sc. or their national equivalents in biology, biodiversity, ecology, environment protection or 12 years of professional experience in the field of nature protection - Full computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point as a matter of minimum; - Fluency in written and spoken English. General professional experience - 12 years of professional experience in the field of nature protection - Good knowledge of the Bird and Habitat Directive; Specific professional experience - Experience directly related to preparation of Protection Study, application of best international Experience on nature protection; - Experience with mapping and/or species data gathering for protected area; - Experience in habitat classification systems, their compatibility with Natura 2000 classification; - Experience in working with GIS. Profile: Expert 3 - Expert for management of protected area (ecosystem services/nature based tourism) (Lot 6 - Montenegro) Category of expert II Duration 100.00 working days Requirements Expert 3 - Expert for management of protected area (ecosystem services/ nature based tourism) (Lot 6 - Montenegro) This expert will be responsible for managing and leading of Activities 3, 4 and 5. This will be a position with 100 working days, out of which 50 will be rendered in Montenegro. Qualifications and skills - University level education of at least M.Sc. or their national equivalents in economy, ecology, biology, eco-management, tourism or 6 years of professional experience in the field of nature protection - Full computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point as a matter of minimum; - Fluency in written and spoken English. General professional experience - 6 years of professional experience in the field of nature protection; Specific professional experience - Management of PAs, identification, delineation, establishment; - Experience in working with ecosystem services, nature based tourism.
