Profile: Expert 1: Private Sector Development (PSD)/SMEs/ Competitiveness Policy expert Category of expert I Duration 70.00 working days
Requirements Qualifications and skills: - University Degree (Master) in a field relevant to the assignment (Economics, Business administration or Engineering) - Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum level 2 accepted for a scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic)
General professional experience: - at least 12 (twelve) years of experience in the Private Sector Development / SMEs / Competitiveness Policy
Specific professional experience: - at least 5 years experience in assisting in the formulation of PSD policies/ strategies (programming or/and implementation or/and monitoring)
The following additional experience would be an asset: - Experience in identification and formulation of EU-funded projects in similar countries, including writing projects' and/or programmes' fiches and/or terms of references
Requirements for the team: - One of the three experts shall have at least 2 (two) previous experiences as Team Leader in preparation and drafting of programing documents in the PSD and/or Competitiveness/ Tourism/ Culture field. - At least one of the three experts shall have at least two experiences in Local Economic Development / LED Agencies / local government.
Profile: Expert 2: Cultural heritage/ tourism expert Category of expert I Duration 40.00 working days
Requirements Qualifications and skills: - University Degree (Master) in a field related to the assignment (Architecture, Archeology, Economics, Business administration or Engineering) - Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum level 2 accepted for a scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic)
General professional experience: - at least 12 (twelve) years of experience in the Tourism sector linked with cultural heritage
Specific professional experience: - at least 2 (two) previous experiences in EU funded projects in designing and implementing cultural heritage/ tourism policy instruments/ programmes
The following additional experience would be an asset: - Experience with international organisations or related donors funded projects
Requirements for the team: - One of the three experts shall have at least 2 (two) previous experiences as Team Leader in preparation and drafting of programing documents in the PSD and/or Competitiveness/ Tourism/ Culture field. - At least one of the three experts shall have at least two experiences in Local Economic Development / LED Agencies / local government.

Requirements Qualifications and skills: - University Degree (Master) in a field related to the assignment (Economics, Business administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Law or Engineering) - Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum level 2 accepted for a scale from 1 to 5 where 1 is excellent and 5 is basic) - Excellent command of Albanian is a minimum requirement
General professional experience: - at least 3 (three) years of experience in the Private Sector Development
Specific professional experience: - at least 2 years experiences in analysing sector reforms,strategies or programming documents of the Government of Albania in the area of Private Sector Development and/or competitiveness and/or economic governance and/or tourism/cultural heritage.
The following additional experience would be an asset: - Experience in Local Economic Development and/or Tourism / Cultural Heritage - Experience with international organisations or related donors funded projects
Requirements for the team: - One of the three experts shall have at least 2 (two) previous experiences as Team Leader in preparation and drafting of programing documents in the PSD and/or Competitiveness/ Tourism/ Culture field. - At least one of the three experts shall have at least two experiences in Local Economic Development / LED Agencies / local government.
EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | ||
