Profile: Expert 1 - Expert in TVET - Evaluation Category of expert I Duration 33.00 working days Requirements Qualifications and Skills: - Graduate University degree (Master) in education / social / development / economics / business / public law or equivalent proven professional experience (of at least 12 years if Category I) in related fields; Minimum specific professional experience and technical skills: - At least 15 years specific professional experience in the education sector in developing countries (combined total) - At least 3 years professional experience in technical assistance to governmental bodies (combined total) - At least 3 years professional experience in TVET (combined total) - At least 5 project mid-term/final evaluation missions (combined total) The following additional requirements would be an asset: - 5 years' experience in technical assistance in the education sector in developing countries - Previous experience as team leader and long term expert in international development projects (minimum 2 years) - Previous relevant experience in one or more of the following countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan in recent years - Familiarity with EU development cooperation projects and procedures.
