Profile: Solid Waste Management Specialist Category 1: Team Leader Category of expert I Duration 40.00 working days
Requirements Solid Waste Management Specialist Category 1: Team Leader —40 working days The Lead Consultant shall be a solid waste management specialist.
- Qualifications and Skills The Lead Consultant must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies or related discipline. Proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent communication and team management skills.
— General Professional Experience He/she will at least 12 years of demonstrated. experience working in solid waste management and planning field.
— Specific Professional Experience Have successfully conducted at least three (3) integrated solid waste management studies with emphasis on community/rural waste management.
Profile: Institutional and Financial Specialist Category I Category of expert I Duration 30.00 working days
Requirements Institutional and Financial Specialist Category I: - 30 working days
- Qualifications and Skills The Consultant must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration. Economics or related discipline. Proficient in spoken and written English Excellent communication skills
— General Professional Experience He/she will have at least 12 years of demonstrated experience working in institutional and financial planning.
— Specific Professional Experience Have successfully conducted at least three (3) assignments related to institutional and financial management in comumnity and rural settings Experience on one assignment related to institutional & financial management related to solid waste1nanage111entwotild be an advantage.
Profile: Waste Characterization Specialist Category II Category of expert II Duration 15.00 working days
Requirements Waste Characterization Specialist Category II: - 15 working days
- Qualifications and Skills The Consultant must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in natural sciences, engineering or related discipline. Proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills.
— General Professional Experience He/she will have at least 6 years of demonstrated experience working in Solid Waste Management and waste recycling and composting.
— Specific Professional Experience Have successfully conducted at least two (2) assignments related to Solid Waste Characterization, preferably at community or rural level.
Profile: Environmentalist Category II Category of expert II Duration 20.00 working days
Requirements Environmentalist Category II: —- 20 working days
- Qualifications and Skills The Consultant most have at least a Bachelor's Degree in natural sciences, environmental engineering or related discipline. Proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills.
— General Professional Experience He/she will have at least 6 greats of demonstrated experience working in Solid Waste Management.
— Specific Professional Experience Have successfully conducted. at least two (2) assignments related to Environmental Assessment of Solid Waste Management Projects. Experience on one assignment related to solid waste characterization would be an advantage.
Profile: Social Scientist II Category of expert II Duration 15.00 working days
Requirements Social Scientist II: - 15 working days
- Qualifications and Skills The Consultant must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in social sciences or related discipline. Proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills.
— General Professional Experience He/she will have at least 6 years of demonstrated experience working in Community Development, Facilitation and Participatory Management.
— Specific Professional Experience Experience on one assignment related social impact assessments and community participation in solid waste management would be an advantage.
EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | ||
