Profile: Expert 1 - Team Leader (Lot 10 – Turks and Caicos) Category of expert II Duration 150.00 working days Requirements Expert 1 - Team Leader (Lot 10 – Turks and Caicos) Qualifications and skills A first degree with concentration in economics, business, organisational development and/or capacity building required. Post-graduate degree (e.g. MBA) or professional management qualification in economics, business, organisational development and capacity building is highly desirable. General professional experience The expert will have at least 10 years of experience in economics, business, organizational development and/or capacity building. Specific professional experience Experience in Strategic Planning and Team Leadership is essential. Project management skills, training and experience is required. Knowledge of change management and workforce & business re-design. Knowledge of developing and implementing policies and procedures. EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc.) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets
