DESCRIPTION
Team Leader – 330 days · A university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Law or Public Administration or Political Sciences or Economics or Business Administration or 6 years of relevant professional experience; A Master and/or PhD in the field of Law or Public Administration or Political Sciences or Economics or Business Administration is considered as an advantage; · Minimum 8, preferably 12 years, of relevant professional experiences related to EU Internal Market (in addition to the years of experience which form a substitute for the diploma in case the expert would not have the diploma required under Qualifications and Skills). · Experience in the position of team leader gained in projects in at least 2 preferably 5 contracts covering the implementation of the EU acquis in the areas of free movement of goods, services, capitals and persons as defined during the enlargement process of the European Union in countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation. · Experience in at least 1 preferably 3 projects covering the field of free movement of services / freedom to provide services. EU Services Directive Expert –300 days · Law is considered as an advantage; · Minimum 8, preferably 12 years of professional experience in practical application of EU legislation in the field of harmonisation or approximation or transposition of the national legislation with EU acquis as defined during the enlargement process of the European Union. · Experience in assessing and analysing national legislation as well as administrative practices with primary and/or secondary EU legislations in at least 2 preferably 4 contracts and/or projects covered by article 19 of IPA regulation. · Experience in at least 1 preferably 3 projects covering the field of harmonisation or approximation or transposition of the national legislation with the EU acquis in the area of free movement of services / freedom to provide services.
