Profile: Senior Expert I (team leader) Categoy of expert I Duration 110.00 working days Requirements Expert Main I (team leader) The main expert I must have proven expertise: At least 12 years experience in public finance, including at least 6 years in local public finance At least 6 years of experience in the assessment of public finances following the methodology PEFA At least 6 years of experience in supporting local authorities in managing their finances At least 2 years experience in control of local taxation and European recipes The expert must be specialized in the field of organizational departments and regions overseas territories. There must be at least 12 years of coaching experience in community Profile: Senior Expert II Categoy of expert I Duration 62.00 working days Requirements Senior Expert II The main expert II must have demonstrated expertise in the control of financial management software package SEDIT FINANCE MARIANNE: At least 12 years experience in public finance At least 6 years experience in supporting local authorities in managing their finances At least 2 years experience in control of local taxation and European recipes The expert must be specialized in the field of organizational departments and regions overseas territories. EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom,etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets
