DESCRIPTION
Especialista en desarrollo de negocios Peru, South and Central America Duration 6 months Description • Principales tareas: - Apoyar/guía las distintas acciones del Programa y sus aliados para la generación/estructuración de Planes de Negocio o similares en vista de promover la cadena de valor de energía sostenible (energías renovables y eficiencia energética) en las áreas rurales y periurbanas. - Establecer contacto organizaciones del sector empresarial (incubadoras, bancos, entidades de microcrédito, etc.). - Trabajar conjuntamente con el Especialista en financiamiento para promover vínculos de las micro y pequeñas empresas con entidades financiera para implementar soluciones de energía sostenible en las áreas rurales y periurbanas. - Liderar / supervisar los equipos de consultores locales que participan en actividades relacionadas a su campo de especialidad en el Programa. Qualifications Required Only the experts meeting the set criteria will be shortlisted and contacted. Educación y habilidades: - Profesional titulado con un nivel mínimo de Maestría (MBA/MSc) en una disciplina apropiada (administración de empresas, negocios inclusivos, negocios con enfoque base de la pirámide, etc.). Professional Experience Required Experiencia profesional general: - Experiencia equivalente comprobada de 10 años en desarrollo empresarial con MIPYME, con mínimo 5 años de experiencia reciente, de los últimos 10 años, en América Latina (se valorará un énfasis en la región andina). - Experiencia y conocimiento en el desarrollo empresarial en la región andina, especialmente en las zonas rurales. Experiencia profesional específica - Experiencia en el tema específico negocios inclusivos, base de la pirámide o enfoques similares, de preferencia en áreas rurales y periurbanas (se valorará un énfasis en la región andina). - Experiencia en Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE). - Amplia red de contactos en organizaciones empresariales en la región andina.
