Profile: Expert 1 Categoy of expert I Duration 40.00 working days Requirements Qualification and skills: - at least a master's Degree Academic level in areas relevant to the study - proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies - proven knowledge of cultural and tourism sectors General professional experience at least 12 years' experience - experience in the field of CCI (policy development, CCI education and research, network management, innovative business) - experience in the field of cultural tourism - proven experience in consulting, research - proven experience in international cooperation projects / programmes in the ENP East countries Language skills - each project team member will have excellent drafting and communication skills in English - working level of Russian will be considered an advantage Profile: Expert 2 Categoy of expert II Duration 55.00 working days Requirements Qualification and skills: - at least a master's Degree Academic level in areas relevant to the study - proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies - proven knowledge of cultural and tourism sectors General professional experience - at least 6 years' experience - experience in the field of CCI (policy development, CCI education and research, network management, innovative business) - experience in the field of cultural tourism - proven experience in consulting, research - proven experience in international cooperation projects / programmes in the ENP East countries Language skills -each project team member will have excellent drafting and communication skills in English - working level of Russian will be considered an advantage EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets
