| Trade & regional integration specialists
KE1: TEAM LEADER (36 m/m) · Master in International Trade or Regional Economic Integration · In-depth knowledge of the SADC regional integration process, in particular the Trade Protocol, as well as the Cotonou Agreement (EPAs). · Familiar with current WTO negotiations and Regional Economic Communities (RECs) · Initiative and ability to work in a team · Familiar with databases; in-depth computer literacy is an advantage · Fluent in English & Portuguese · Knowledge of or work experience in post-conflict countries is an advantage · At least 10 years of proven and relevant experience in international economics, regional integration processes and regional development, and trade negotiations · Experience in EU funded projects · Experience in the public sector
KE2: LOCAL EXPERT (36 m/m) · Licentiate in fields related to regional integration · In-depth knowledge of the SADC regional integration process, in particular the Trade Protocol, as well as the Cotonou Agreement (EPAs). · Familiar with current WTO negotiations and Regional Economic Communities (RECs) · Initiative and ability to work in a team · Familiar with databases; in-depth computer literacy is an advantage · Fluent in English & Portuguese · Knowledge of functioning of the public sector · At least 5 years of proven and relevant experience in international economics, regional integration processes and regional development, and trade negotiations · Experience in the public sector | ||||
