| DESCRIPTION | ||
| Senior Educational Expert Qualifications and skills: - Masters Degree in Educational Management, political, social sciences or equivalent general professional experience of minimum 10 years General professional experience: - Minimum 10 years' experience in the area of education - Minimum 10 years' experience in organising educational activities in the field of higher education including experience in curriculum development - Proven experience in managing projects of international/EU organisations. Specific professional experience: - Minimum 10 years' experience in developing education activities and management of higher education programmes - Proven experience in devising and implementing curriculum development - Experience higher education programmes with several partners and/or a regional dimension would be an asset - Knowledge of the political and institutional structure of Armenia and other Eastern Partnership countries, knowledge of the EU and its institutions. Linguistic skills: -Fluent in English (written, spoken, understanding) -Knowledge of Armenian and/or Russian would be an asset. | ||
