| DESCRIPCION DE LAS TAREAS: Objetivo general del Proyecto: El Objetivo General del Programa se orienta a contribuir a la mejora de las capacidades de acceso al mundo del trabajo de los jóvenes y jóvenes adultos de los sectores más vulnerables en la República Argentina. El Objetivo Específico del proyecto es: El Objetivo específico busca promover la finalización de la educación secundaria y la capacitación laboral de jóvenes de 18 a 29 años, ampliando el acceso a ofertas de calidad. RESULTADOS ESPERADOS DEL CONSULTOR: Los Resultados esperados: Resultado 1. Gestión institucional de Educación Permanente de Jóvenes y Adultos a nivel provincial y nacional fortalecida. Resultado 2. Oferta de Educación Secundaria para Jóvenes y Adultos en 12 provincias expandida y mejorada. Resultado 3. Pertinencia y calidad de la oferta de formación para el trabajo de Jóvenes y Adultos en 12 provincias mejorada. PERFIL DE LOS EXPERTOS: Jefe de misión (Senior): 25 dias/hombre Preparación y cualificaciones Formación universitaria en ciencias sociales y se considerará favorablemente la formación de postgrado en temáticas de educación. Perfecto dominio del español. Experiencia profesional específica: Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en la formulación y/o implementación y/o evaluación de Proyectos de Cooperación y Desarrollo o políticas públicas. Experiencia en proyectos con apoyo financiero de la Unión Europea y/o en proyectos de fortalecimiento institucional de organismos públicos. Buen conocimiento de los procedimientos de la UE en el ámbito de la ayuda exterior y de la Gestión del Ciclo de Proyecto. Consultor especialista en educación (Senior): 25 dias/hombre Preparación y cualificaciones Formación universitaria en ciencias sociales y se considerará favorablemente la especialización en Educación. Perfecto dominio del español. Experiencia profesional específica: Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en la formulación y/o implementación y/o evaluación en Proyectos educativos en América latina. Experiencia en proyectos dedicados o inherentes a educación y trabajo orientado a jóvenes y/o adultos, preferiblemente en Argentina. Buen conocimiento de la Gestión del Ciclo de Proyecto. | ||
