An American company is Looking for Highly qualified candidate for the position          Project planning and scheduling manager for Cairo branch:

  " Project Planning and Scheduling Manager  "

 

Job Description:

·        Managing a group of scheduling engineers in mega million dollar projects located throughout the     United States in America.

·        Scheduling (WBS), planning, cost (installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements for direct and subcontract work), tracking data (periodical schedule updates and cost compilation and monitoring), analyzing (earned value, productivity and risk analysis), and reporting.

·        Identifies and tracks all changes or potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management.

·        Proficiency in managing and using Primavera P6 in monitoring, controlling and updating cost estimates and schedules. Prepare, review and update integrated schedules using Contractor's detailed schedules.

·        Ability to read and understand construction design drawings and understand contract requirements and restrictions.

·        The candidate will be required to work extra hours/ overtime to meet deadlines and critical submissions.

Qualifications :

·        BS in Engineering, preferably in Civil/ Construction Engineering

·         Excellent Command of English -Language

·        5-10 Years of experience in Construction Engineering/ Scheduling & Planning

·         Knowledge of Primavera P3 & P6, Cost/ Resource Loading

·        Prior Field/ Site Construction Engineering Experience or Internships is preferable

·         Proficiency in MS Office Applications

·        Good References from Previous Employers

·        Professional, Ethical and Organized is a MUST

 

Working Hours:

2pm-11pm Monday- Friday (Saturdays & Sundays are off
