| DESCRIPTION | ||
| Profile: Expert 1 Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 59.00 working days Requirements The consultant will be a Senior Expert, with extensive professional experience in: 1. Public finance management, with at least 10 years experience. 2. Public budgeting and public sector auditing. 3. Knowledge asbout OCTs and experience in the Caribbean would be an advantage. 4. Must be able to evalute macroeconomic frameworks and public finance management. Must have experience in managing major consultancy projects. 5. Must be able to demonstrate an ability to evalute legal framworks and public procurement procedures. 6. Experience in using the PEFA assessment tool is an advantage. 7. Must be fluent in English. EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | ||
