| Un expert Sénior, Chef de mission Ingénieur hydraulicien spécialiste du drainage pluvial urbain et de la conception des ouvrages associés. L'expérience de l'expert devrait porter sur : • 10 ans minimum ; • L'hydrologie urbaine ; • Les pays tropicaux ; • Des milieux urbains denses ; • Ayant réalisé ou participé à des plans directeurs d'assainissement pluvial ; • Ayant une bonne expérience de conception d'ouvrages hydrauliques à surface libre ; • Une bonne connaissance des procédures FED ; • Une parfaite maîtrise de la langue française. | ||
