| EXPERT1 Team(Leader Category Senior expert', at least 5 years of professional experience) Duration 160 working days Requirements Qualifications'and'skills • The Team Leader should be an economist' or' a' lawyer with' an appropriate postgraduate qualification General experience · The Team Leader should be an economist or a lawyer with an appropriate post- graduate qualification · He/she should have at least 5 years of professional experience in the context of Trade Remedy Investigations. · Directly participated anti-dumping and countervailing investigations. · A working experience in an investigating authority is a plus. Have a high level of proficiency/fluency in spoken Spanish and English (oral and writing). · He/she should have at least 5 years of experience advising on WTO agreements related to trade remedies and profound, · demonstrated knowledge of WTO jurisprudence in the field of trade remedies. · A working experience in the WTO would be an asset. EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the'ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc.) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | ||
