| Profile: Expert 1 Requirements Team Leader: Category of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 95.00 working days . At least a University Degree or equivalent professional experience five years above ten years of the professional experience duration below. . At least 10 years of professional experience in the area of EU financial assistance with emphasize on the territorial and cross-border cooperation and at least five years of financial control functions; . Fluency in written and spoken English. The Team Leader shall be responsible for management of the assigment, including, but not limited to ensure that the inputs are available at the time they are required, allocation of tasks within the team, liaison with the counterparts, financial management and reporting, and other tasks which are required. Therefore, he/she will conduct the need analysis as well as organizing the team for technical outputs. Other desirable skills: - Knowledge of local language (s); - Knowledge of Project Cycle Management and EU Practical Guide Rules for procurement. Profile: Expert 2 Categoy of expert Junior (at least 3 years of experience) Duration 90.00 working days Requirements . At least a University degree or equivalent professional experience five years above three years of the professional experience duration below; . At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of the EUfinancial assistance with emphasize on the territoral and cross-border cooperation and at least two years of financial control functions; . EC rules applicable to any EC assignment • Working days are from Monday to Friday, if not indicated otherwise in the ToR • Per diem covers all expenses of the expert (local transport, hotel, meals, telecom, etc) and it is only paid if the expert stay overnight. • International travel: the EC only reimburse economy class flight tickets | ||
