| Project: The specific objectives of technical assistance contract are: · Assisting the ACP Secretariat in the administrative, technical and financial subsidies from the program. · Provide advice and technical expertise to the ACP Secretariat and beneficiaries of contracts and other business applicants. · Support the structuring of the cultural industries ACP countries and regions. · Promote the overall program of support and action of the ACP Group and the European Union under the coordination of the ACP Secretariat. Project Manager / In charge of administrative and contractual ACP Countries (Brussels) Location: ACP Countries (Brussels) Qualifications: · The / The Project Manager will have the task of coordination and general oversight of program management and technical support staff. Communications expert, ACP Countries (Brussels) Location: ACP Countries (Brussels) Qualifications: · The expert will work part-time. He / She will be responsible (e), together with all other experts (including short-term) actions of visibility, information and communication program to industry professionals, the public, media and institutions . He / she will be able to régider in French and English articles for the newsletter, website, or any of visibility and communications. He / she must have the technical knowledge to upload these articles and documents.
