| Big Company is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the Position: " Technical Account Manager " Purpose: 1- The job holder is responsible for delivering professional technical support and trouble- shooting to Microsoft's service contract customers.
2- Build up customer long term relationship to win customer technical trust. Help to grow product and service business.
3- Be a customer IT advisor, fulfill customer service requirements and add-on Microsoft value. Responsibilities: 1- Through the high service quality and delivery to get customer satisfactions.
2- Finish the Enterprise Support Service Agreements life cycle including service delivery plan, contract renew process and service additional values.
3- Deliver technical support services in IT projects, which include system planning, design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
4- Work alone or co-work with back end technical support team to solve customer's IT problems. Qualification: 1- Strong technical background on IT system design, deployment, trouble-shooting, performance tuning, etc.
2- Familiar with Microsoft server products, e.g. Windows Server, Exchange server, etc.
3- Familiar with customer facing, high level engagement process and cross team cooperation skill.
4 - Well project and account management skill, strategy thinking for account service plan.
5- Good interpersonal/communication/presentation skill.
6- MCSE or MCITP certified required.
