| | Big Company is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the Position: " Microsoft Account Manager " Roles & Responsibilities: · Provide proactive leadership, ownership and taking responsibility in the customer / account team environment for discussions on technology solutions proposed by Company in a manner that gains credibility with its clients · Work closely with account managers and sales teams to develop effective working relationships and understand sales strategy and approach to accounts and opportunities · Take ownership and responsibility for activities in assigned accounts and lead in defining sales strategy for complex opportunities · Communicate effectively with other "virtual team" members (Sales Teams, Complex Solutions & Opportunity Management, Customer Services, and Billing) to ensure collaboration on solutions and swift resolution of problems · Provide accurate Sales management on a regular basis as per the agreed function reporting process · Reply to customers clarifications required, Qualifications and Educational Requirements: · A minimum of a BSc or equivalent degree · Minimum three years sales experience in a company of a good reputation · Good knowledge of MS products Preferred General skills · A great listener and confident presenter with strong ability to expose and identify pain points and create synergy around an idea or a solution · Minimum three years sales experience in a company of a good reputation · Good verbal and written communication skills · Able to multitask/handle a number of assignments at the same time · Organized and punctual · Good appearance · Good command of written and spoken English Anyone who is interested in the above position is kindly requested to send resume to the following email address: o.osama@unplugged.com.eg | |||
