| Objectif généralvise a créer les conditions de la relance des activites economiques et de la restauration de l'autorite de l'Etat dans les Poles de Developpement en particulier, et compte tenu des travaux en cours ou des financements deja acquis. Profile: Chef de Mission: Cat. Junior - Architecte ou ingenieur Genie Civil Qualifications, competences: - Formation superieure. Diplome superieur ou formation equivalente dans le domaine concerne (ingenierie, architecture) Experience professionnelle : - Minimum cinq (5) ans d'experience pertinente dans les domaines d'intervention du projet dont au moins deux (2) dans les pays en voie developpment Experiences specifiques : - Experience de l'Afrique subsaharienne - Experiences detaillees dans au moins deux des trois secteurs (bailments / routes/hydraulique villageoise) - Experience dans les procedures de passation de marches : - Redaction des DAO, consultation des entreprises, contractualisation - Connaissance des procedures FED - Maîtrise de la langue française - Maîtrise des outils informatiques | ||
