	Big Multinational Company is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the Position:  " Customer Sales Representative " Job Summary: Following up & handling all customers needs; with close coordination with logistics and planning team to ensure full customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities:   ·   Follow up closely the customers' demands. ·   Prepare annual sales budget in coordination with finance department ·   Prepare monthly sales plan in coordination with planning department ·   Prepare weekly shipment plan in coordination with planning department ·   Coordinate the order management process (receiving the order – issuing the order  -ensuring the order delivery as per the agreed delivery schedule) ·   Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure shipments delivery to customers on time ·   Work closely with planning department to ensure the implementation of monthly / weekly sales plan ·   Receive the customers complaints & provides the proper feedback in coordination with the related departments ·   Coordinates with the units those are in contact with the internal or external customers ·   Take part in the process improvement efforts ·   Enter the customers related data. ·   Pay regular visits to the customers on demand if needed. Job Requirements:   ·   College degree – Commerce, English section or Foreign Trade is a must. ·   1-3 years experience in: Logistics or Exporting is a must. ·   Excellent user of MS Office and Internet. ·    Excellent English. ·    10th of Ramadan, Nasr City, Heliopolis residence is preferred.  Anyone who is interested in the above position is kindly requested to send resume to the following email address: o.osama@unplugged.com.eg More info will be furnished upon request.
