| Job position: KE1: agriculture, water and irrigation policy development : Qualifications: Senior Expert: - Masters Degree in agriculture or agricultural economics (as a minimum) - at least 10 years of experience in agriculture, water and irrigation policy development; - experience in service orientated models for irrigation service delivery; - extensive previous work in project preparation and assessment for multi-lateral institutions; - demonstrated ability and experience to deliver on the ToR; - relevant regional experience; - English proficiency is required. | ||
