| DESCRIPTION | ||
| Expert 1: Monitoring & Evaluation Qualifications: - L'expert sera au minimum de catégorie "Junior" (3 ans minimum d'expérience); - Bonne connaissance et expériences impératives en matière d'utilisation pratique de cadre logique et de tableaux de suivi d'activités. Des expériences en matière de monitoring et évaluation de projets sont importantes; - L'expert présenté sera de formation : universitaire agronomique, agroéconomiste et/ou vétérinaire; - Une expérience en Afrique centrale et en RDC en particulier serait un avantage; - Dynamisme et capacité à assurer des longues missions de terrain sont importantes, dans des conditions parfois difficiles. L'objectif spécifique vise une augmentation des productions agricoles (y compris élevage et pêche) et une amélioration des filières de commercialisation (y compris transformation) à destination des grands centres urbains.
