| Profil demandé Un/a profesional con minimo de 10 anos de experiencia profesional (categoria II) en las aeas del derecho penal, de la seguridad publica y de 1os proyectos de cooperacion internacional en sector justicia y seguridad. Formaci6n Profesional: - Grado de Licenciatura en Ciencias Juridicas, Politicas, Sociales, Criminologia o equivalente por experiencia - Preferentemente con estudios de post grado en beas de politicas publicas del sector justicia, derecho penal y/o criminal. - Indispensable: Excelente dominio del espagol escrito y oral y dominio de trabajo del ingles escrito y oral. Experiencia profesional general: - Experiencia profesional demostrable (minimo 8 anos) en el ramo del derecho penal y/o seguridad publica. - Experiencia demostrable en la aplicacion del derecho procesal penal. - Conocimientos de 10s aspectos de multiculturalidad, genero y adolescentes. - Conocimiento de la realidad latinoamericana en el sector justicia y seguridad. - Deseable: experiencia de trabajo en proyectolprogramas de cooperacion y analisis del gasto publico. - Deseable: Conocimiento de 1os instrumentos nacionales e intemacionales en materia de justicia y Derechos Humanos. Experiencia Profesional Especifica: - Experiencia demostrada en estudios de identificacion / formulacion y factibilidad de proyectos / programas financiados por la UE (minimo 3 anos). - Experiencia en los procesos de evaluation y el analisis del sector justicia y seguridad. - Experiencia en la organizacion y gestion de estructuras organizativas del sector justicia y seguridad, - incluyendo el sistema penitenciario. - Conocimiento de dinamicas de trabajo en el marco de organizaciones internacionales y gubernamentales. - Manejo de la metodologia del marco Iogico en el proceso de identificacion, formulacion y evaluacibn de proyectos y programas. El conocimiento de la modalidad de apoyo presupuestario seria un asset muy deseable. | |
