| Chef de Mission - chargé de la maîtrise d'ouvrage Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 39 working days Requirements QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPETENCES - diplômé de l'enseignement supérieur en économie ou finances EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE - Expert justifiant d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans en matière de gestion de projet et de coordination d'équipes pluridisciplinaires dont 5 ans au moins dans les pays en développement francophones et notamment dans les problématiques liées aux reformes de la gestion des finances publiques et dans la maîtrise d'ouvrage et la mise en place de système d'information. CONNAISSANCES LINGUISTIQUES Français: excellent (écrit et parlé); Anglais: bonnes connaissances (écrit et parlé). EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE - Expert justifiant d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans en matière d'analyse et de gestion des finances publiques dont 5 ans au moins dans les pays en développement francophones, dans les problématiques liées aux reformes et à l'amélioration de la transparence de la gestion des finances publiques, la mise en oeuvre/place d'approche programme des politiques publiques, l'élaboration le suivi-évaluation de programmes et plans de reformes des finances publiques. Une bonne connaissance du système de finances publiques du Cameroun constituera un atout majeur. Il devra en outre justifier d'une bonne maitrise des outils de développement et des technologies WEB. Une expérience pertinente au Cameroun est souhaitée. CONNAISSANCES LINGUISTIQUES Français: excellent (écrit et parlé); Anglais: bonnes connaissances (écrit et parlé).
