Job Description: 1. Tracks personnel skills and qualifications. Tracks training evaluations and needs. 2. Highlights potential problems regarding personnel performance and suggests and implements corrective action. 3. Maintains employee training profiles, including all training completed, certifications obtained and documents trained on. 4. Manages lists of prerequisites, courses, programs and training classes. 5. Schedules refresher training. 6. Matches job requirements with personnel qualifications/ 7. Formulates training material and requirements including training manuals, distance learning programs, computer programs and supportive aids: slides, videotapes, group work sheets etc. 8. Develops and delivers presentations which communicate the strategy, tactics and/or status of the brand to senior management and field sales. 9. Supports projects in business team's environment.
