| Objective of the project: Appuyer les efforts de la Tunisie visant á moderniser l´administartion fiscal. La modernisation de l´administration fiscale devrait favoriser le consentement volontaire á l´impot et améliorer l´amélioration du quotidien du contribuable dans ses rapports avec l´administartion fiscale. Position: Expert Comptable/Fiscal Qualifications required: •Dilpomé de l´enseignement supérieur (spécialite Comptabilité et/ou Fiscalité) •Professionnel de la comptabilité et/ou de la fiscalité reconnu par un organisme professionnel •Ayante au moins 10 ans d´expérience professionnelle dans le dominate de la domaine de la comptabilité et /ou de la fiscalité (expérience absolument indispensable) •Ayant une expérience significative et prouvée dans la conduite et l´accompagnement de projet ayant trait á la normalisation et dématérialisation de documents comptables et fiscaux •Ayant réalise des missions similaires et récentes (durant les trois derniéres années •Ayant une expérience internationale en matiére de comptabilité et fiscalité •Bonne maitrise de la langue francaise parlée et écrite Position: Expert Informaticien Qualifications required: •Diplome de l´enseignement supérieur niveau master ou ingénieur dans le domaine des technologies d´information et de la communication •Expérience significative (au moins 3 ans) et prouvée aux éxchange de documents (EDI/EDIFACT/ •Expérience significative et prouvée dans le développement des interface EDI/EDIFACT et XML •Expérience significative (au moin 5 ans) et prouvée dans la conception et les études liées aux systémes d´information •Expérience ayant trait aux systémes d´information et/ou d´échanges de documentes dans le domaine de la comptabilité/ •Bonne maitrise de la langue francaise parlée et écrite •Bonne maitrise de la langue arabe parlée et écrite | |
