| Profile: Expert 1 – TL Categoy of expert Senior (at least 10 years of experience) Duration 40 working days Requirements • At least advanced university degree i.e. Masters Degree in the field of social science and other relevant fields of study. Given the analytical nature of the work, education at more advanced degree level would be an asset. • At least 10 years of programme/project management and policy formulation experience in Trade and regional integration and/or related field. • Prior projects/programmes • Prior experience with evaluation of programmes commissioned by the European Commission and knowledge of Ethiopia, in which this evaluation is to be carried out, would be an asset. • International experience of the expert is necessary. • Full working knowledge of English, in particular excellent report writing. The team as a whole should possess a sound level of knowledge and experience in the Ethiopia on Trade and regional integration issues.
