| The global objective of the project is to have Decentralised Implementation System fully operational for IPA component. E1: Expert in Financial Management/Internal Control - TL ToR requirements are the following: Education in Economics, Business Administration, Financial Control, Accounting, Financial Management and qualification in Auditing At least 15 years of professional experience and experience in at least 2 EC projects as a Team Leader Minimum 3 years of experience in the capacity building assistance in DIS or ED1S issues Good understanding of EU procurement rules (PRAG), the 1PA Implementing Regulation and the IP A Accreditation Criteria E2: Expert in Internal audit ToR requirements are the following: University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Financial Control, Accounting Financial Management Minimum 10 years of professional experience in public finance management and Auditing Minimum 2 years of experience in the capacity building assistance in DIS or EDIS issues Experience in at least one Gap Assessment for DIS or EDIS is an asset | |
